“Disappointing that I was not able to go due to the minimum 2 passenger requirement. It should show how many have already booked so you know if you will be depending on another person to book. You should also not take funds until the minimum number of passengers have booked. I am now out of pocket for 3-5 business days and I didn’t get to go anywhere. Also, it’s 2024, how does it take 3-5 days to process a refund?”
