“Policy needs to be changed for waiting for late arrival. 11 people who were early or on time were forced to wait 35 minutes for 2 late arriving customers. Then we were put into the rear of the van and could not hear what the guide/driver was saying. Then is driving aggressively to try and make up for the lost time.”
